Bob Falconer APM
Bob Falconer is a former Commissioner of Police in Western Australia and Deputy Commissioner in Victoria. During his 5 year term in WA, the Police Service standing in regard to ethics and honesty rose from lowest to highest in the annual national poll. He is Chairman of STOPline and provides executive oversight of all investigations and consulting services.  He has conducted reviews of a private prison, on juvenile justice security for the Department of Human Services and the investigative capabilities of Fisheries Victoria.

Bob has given a number of presentations on “Whistleblowing and Corporate Governance” at national management and corruption conferences and is involved in the development of the National Integrity Systems Assessment (NISA) a research project being conducted by the Centre for Ethics, Law, Justice and Governance at Griffith University, Queensland.

 

Allan Pocock APM
Allan Pocock is a former senior Victoria Police officer specialising in investigative and analytical consulting services. As a former ethical standards and crime investigator, Allan is highly skilled in the identification, collection and presentation of evidence. At the rank of Superintendent he was the Police Ministerial Liaison Officer providing the direct conduit between the Minister for Police and Emergency Services and Victoria Police Command. Allan was also responsible for the assessment of all applications and material released under the Freedom of Information legislation. At STOPline Allan oversees the receipt and management of disclosures arising from our whistleblower hotline service.

 

Wayne Bruce
Wayne Bruce has extensive consulting experience following senior financial and distribution management roles in security, capital equipment, consumer products, distribution and industrial chemicals with companies such as Brambles, Ford New Holland and Sigma. A CPA, Wayne is tertiary qualified in Commerce and Marketing. Wayne maintains a strong commitment to the community and was a past Deputy Chairman and Director of Crime Stoppers Victoria for ten years.
